PHASE 1 · ENQUIRY & AGREEMENT
1

Enquiry for Certification

The process begins when you contact us about ISO management system or product certification. We collect basic information about your organization, business activities, industry and certification requirements.

2

Application Form

You complete the relevant application form with details such as company name, address, scope of activities, number of employees, locations and the requested certification standard.

3

Application Review

We review the submitted application to understand your activities, requested scope, applicable standard and certification requirements. Additional information may be requested if necessary.

4

Quotation

Based on the application details and applicable requirements, you receive a quotation covering the relevant certification services, fees and applicable terms and conditions.

5

Certification Agreement / Contract

Once the quotation is accepted, the applicable certification agreement or contract is completed. It defines the scope of services, responsibilities, terms and other relevant conditions.

PHASE 2 · AUDIT & DECISION
6

Initial Audit (Stage 1 & Stage 2, Where Applicable)

The relevant certification body arranges the required audit according to the applicable certification scheme.

Stage 1 AuditReviews management system documentation, organizational readiness, scope and preparedness for the next stage, where applicable.
Stage 2 AuditEvaluates implementation and effectiveness of the management system against the applicable standard, where required.
7

Audit Report Review

Audit findings and the report are reviewed according to the applicable certification procedures. Any nonconformities must be addressed through appropriate corrective actions and verified as required.

8

Certification Decision

An authorized and competent decision-maker reviews the audit results, supporting records and applicable requirements before making the decision. Certification is granted only when the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

PHASE 3 · CERTIFICATE & MAINTENANCE
9

Issue of Certificate

Following a positive certification decision, the authorized certification body issues the certificate in accordance with the applicable scheme. Certificate details and validity are subject to the relevant terms and requirements.

10

Annual Surveillance Audit

For certifications requiring surveillance, periodic audits during the certification cycle verify continued conformity. The schedule depends on the relevant standard, scheme and the certification body's procedures.

11

Recertification

Before the certification cycle expires, a recertification audit or evaluation is conducted where required to confirm you still meet the applicable requirements. After a successful assessment and positive decision, certification may be renewed according to the applicable scheme.

↺The cycle continues: after recertification, the process returns to the application stage (Step 2) for the next certification cycle.

Important Information

The certification process, audit stages, timelines and surveillance requirements may vary depending on the applicable standard and certification scheme. Certification is not guaranteed and is subject to the required assessment and the final decision of the authorized certification body.
